【Custom Charges and Custom Duties】

If the products are returned due to denied custom charges and custom duties, the products cost (including delivery charges) will not be refunded.

【Delivery cost】

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery cost will change depending on the weight of the products, area of delivery and service (EMS/ePacket) chosen.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted when the delivered products are different from ordered products, or if the products are damaged.
Please contact us with the inquiry form from the site within 5 days upon receiving.
Refunds will not be made if the items are returned to Japan without prior notice.

【Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted】

(1) Items used once or opened.
(2) Various glue products.
(3) Returns for customer reasons.
(4) More than 5 days have passed after delivery of the product.
(5) Special order products from a manufacturer (defective items excluded)
(6) For electronics, etc., when a certain amount of time has elapsed since the warranty and purchase period.
(7) Items returned to our company without prior notification.

*Refunds may take about 2 months to process. Payment will be made to the credit card or payment account used for purchase.
*Due to foreign exchange gains and losses, there may be differences between the amount you settled with your credit card and the actual refund amount.
